The WERC WE (Working Equitation) ONLINE initiative offers SUBSCRIPTION Packages for its "products".

NOTES:

WERC WE ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM:

1. A Participant will select which Level of Participation (Experience) that they consider their horse to be at.

2. A Participant is ONE Horse & Rider/Handler Partnership.

3. A separate Subscription will be needed for each Horse & Rider/Handler Partnership.

4. A WERC WE ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM Package consists of Guidelines for the process to be followed in preparing for the Trial Tests, shooting the videos, and submitting them for the assessment; Explanation of what is required for the respective "Tests" in the Trials that their Level qualifies for (so that they can prepare before taking the video); ONE Level and ONE set of Trials Tests for that Level, with ONE Trial 1 (Working Dressage Trial) Test and ONE Trial 2 (EoH Trial) Test at the same Level for ALL Levels of Experience; and a "Video Conference Call" with the assessor (Judge) after EACH Trial. Levels 3 to 8 Participants will have ONE Trial 3 (Speed Trial) Test at the same Level added.

5. If a Participant does NOT achieve the required "Safety" mark in the assessment for each Trial Test, the next following Trial may not be submitted for assessment.

6. In the event of the "Safety" mark not being reached, the Participant may apply for a Resubmission of the Trial that did not reach the required "Safety" mark - this will happen after the "Video Conference Call" with the assessing Judge.

7. A Resubmission of EACH Trial Test will, by necessity of covering additional costs, carry an additional Levy.

WERC WE ONLINE EVENTS:

1. A Participant will select which Level of Participation (Experience) that they consider their horse to be at.

2. A Participant is ONE Horse & Rider/Handler Partnership.

3. A separate Entry will be needed for each Horse & Rider/Handler Partnership.

4. There is no limit to the number of Partnerships that one Rider/Handler can enter with.

5. EVENTS for South African competitors are open to all SAEF-registered Athletes and Recreational Riders (Recreational Riders will be limited to three [3] Events in one calendar year, unless they upgrade to "Athlete" status with the SAEF).

6. Any International Competitor need not be a registered Athlete in their own country, and will compete in a separate "Class" for separate placings and points.

7. Events MAY combine a Competitive Event with a Training Event, in which case ALL WERC Website Members may participate.

8. In a COMBINED EVENT, Non-Competitor (“Não Concorrente”) Riders will NOT qualify for any placings, competition points, or awards, except for Participation Certificates, virtual Rosettes, and/or virtual Badges/Medals.

9. Results and the points tables will be published after the Event has closed, and all Trials Tests scored and audited.

WERC WE ONLINE COACHING:

1. WERC WE ONLINE Coaching is available to ANY Website Member of WERC, at ANY Level, based ANYWHERE in the world.

2. Coaching incorporates ALL aspects of the Horse and Rider/Handler Partnership performance, including explanations and interpretations of the WERC and WAWE Rules, for competitive Athletes.

3. The WERC Rulebook is similar to other WAWE Member Country Rulebooks (at least the English-speaking WAWE Member Countries), and introduces TRAINING METHODS for Levels 0 to 6 that have the BEST INTERESTS of the horse AND the Rider/Handler as a focus (leading to the best chances of a long career for both horse and Rider/Handler).

4. The WERC Rulebook works towards the WAWE Rules for the International Levels -- Level 7: Advanced; and Level 8: Masters, which are covered by the WAWE Rulebook.

5. Coaching may be "LIVE ONLINE" or via the submission of a video which will then be discussed during an "Online Video Conference Call" using either computer or Smartphone technology and apps.

6. "LIVE ONLINE" Coaching sessions will require a person to hold the Smartphone or Tablet whilst the Live Video Feed is active, and pass on the Coach's comments and instructions to the Participant when such Participant is out of audio range of the Smartphone/Tablet.

7. Subscriptions are for sessions of Half-Hour (or part thereof) duration; or Hour (or part thereof above the half-hour) duration.
